Encountering trouble submitting payment is very rare, please try the following:

1. Make second attempt, ensuring to be in correct section & click correct link or button.
2. Ensure logged into merchant account correctly from prompts.
3. Take screen shot of any error message or exactly where process was stopped.
4. Contact merchant directly, explaining what occurred for them to assist. (PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, bank, etc.)
5. Send message to Lisa via contact form with full details of exactly what happened, including screenshots.
6. Place order using alternative payment method. International E-transfers cannot be accepted.

These are very rare occurrences & typically have nothing to do with this website. Any rare website glitches are promptly resolved. Payment issues are often a matter for the merchant itself & client's own account with them. It must be addressed with them directly for resolution. If everything is found to be working correctly on this site, there is nothing I can do except wait for merchant to fix issue directly with client. The few experiences I've had were mostly with international clients attempting to use PayPal reaching out to me to fix for them. PayPal will not permit me to seek resolution on behalf of the client, as the payment account is a business relationship between the client and merchant directly.
